(from enclosed instructions) The Kodak Close-Up Attachment is a supplementary lens used in front of the camera lens to make portraits or to photograph small objects at short distances in order to secure large images.

Fitting the Attachment to Your Lens : The Kodak Close-Up Attachment is fitted to the Kodak camera by slipping the attachment over, or into, the lens mount. Press it on carefully (don't twist it) until it bears evenly against the rim of the lens mount. Slits are cut in the flange to allow for bending it to make a good fit.

This slip over is 33mm, and the close up appears to be a +1. There is no thread to stack filters or add a hood, for singular use only. Close up work in a controlled setting.

CONDITION: vintage piece, clear screen, with original packaging
