From back of the card : Beyond the Biddle Stairs the path on Goat Island leads to Porter's Bluff, overlooking the Horsehoe Fall. A staircase and bridge, visible in the picture, descend hence to Terrapin rock, on the edge of the Falls, affording the best view of them from this side. The tower seen in the picture has been moved as unsafe...
